Operation SWORD is actually in two parts:
Part 1 involves an investigation to identify owl casualty 'black-spots', specifically along the lanes of North Norfolk but information from the public about casualties in any areas of the UK are welcomed.
Part 2 will consist of placing various devices at black-spots which will hopefully reduce the numbers of owls being hit by road traffic. How do they do that???? Well .......
